I’ve recently been honored to be featured by Leanne Cole on her blog. When such an extremely talented photographer, with a following/fan base I could only dream of having finds my images worthy of sharing with her followers, it is truly an honor and quite humbling.

Thank you, Leanne

  1. HI Jeff I am so glad Leanne has showcased your beautiful photography. It was an interesting read to get to know you more. I am so glad you are a Canon photographer (not that I am biased 🙂 ) and I am envious of your 17-40mm lens which I aspire to own one day. How I wish I lived in your beautiful part of this world but I guess we all have our own beauty to discover where we live… its just yours is so diverse and different. Perhaps we could swap one day lol! 🙂

    • Thank you so much. You should read my reply to you on Leanne’s blog, If you haven’t already, regarding that lens. You can thank the few photographers I knew when I first got into photography. Had they been Nikon shooters I may very well have gone over to the dark side 😉

I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to afford to travel to Australia, but if you’re ever in New Hampshire I’d love to show you around.

      • I like your sense of humour, I always say “the dark side” as well 😀 Thanks for the offer Jeff, I will keep you to that when I am next in the states I will put New Hampshire on the list as it looks fantastic! And the same goes for you here as well and I know Leanne would second that motion!

        • My friends and I give each other grief all the time about jumping to the other side. But, to paraphrase Ansel Adams, “The most important piece of photo gear is the 12 inches behind the camera.” Brand doesn’t matter at all. And as I mentioned, pro lenses are not needed to make pro level photos. That being said, if you can afford it without putting too much of a hurt on the finances, you’ll absolutely love the 17-40.

  2. I’m visiting here following Leanne Cole’s blog. I’m so very happy she created a woodland trail to your home here. Many of us can capture nature with a camera, but few of us can capture its spirit. Your work embodies the soul of the outdoors – truly breathtaking.
