Obviously someone had too much time on their hands
As you can see by the “beach” behind them, it’s not the most swim-able beach around, so you have to find something to do. I’m just glad they did it.
And thank you very much! I’ll let you in on a secret, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of hearing comments like that

Thanks Belen! I wish I knew so I could thank them. In the mountains around here there are a lot of these cairns along the trails. This is the first I’ve come across on the coast.
